I've been having some pain in my testicles, so I went in for an ultrasound yesterday. The results showed that I have a fatty liver grade 1. I'm a little worried and wondering if this is something I can fix or if it's more serious. Can you give me some advice on whether it's curable and what steps I should take?

In your case, having grade 1 fatty liver is a reversible condition. The main treatment for fatty liver disease includes lifestyle modifications such as maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise, weight loss, and avoiding alcohol consumption. It is important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management of your condition.

View allI've been dealing with bleeding piles for the past 10 days and it hasn't stopped, even though I had laser surgery for piles a year and a half ago. I'm currently taking tranexamic acid tablets but the bleeding continues. What else can I do to stop the bleeding or are there other medications you'd recommend?
Since the bleeding persists despite tranexamic acid and your previous laser surgery, it's crucial to seek professional medical advice

I've had this stomach issue for 7 months where it feels like there's a constant knot in my upper stomach and throat. Did an endoscopy 5 months ago showing small hiatus hernia and some erosions. Tried multiple meds like rabeprazole, levosulpride, montilucast for months with no relief. One doctor now suggests surgery but I'm unsure. What could be causing this persistent discomfort and is surgery really needed?
upper GI endoscopy, urea breath test and USG is advised.RW with the report.

I'm really worried because my CT scan showed that I have IBD, and now I'm dealing with worms in my stomach. I can definitely feel them, and it's really uncomfortable. Should I even consider taking medicine for worms right now? I'm not currently on any medication for my IBD, so I'm not sure what to do. Any advice would be great!
