For the past year, I've been dealing with this constant heavy feeling in my chest while breathing, congestion in my nose, and chest pain. It even makes me feel a bit dizzy sometimes. I'm a non-smoker and had a case of tuberculosis back in 2015. For the last 1.8 years, I've been dealing with a buildup of phlegm, and I just found out my IgE level is 489 IUml. Could this mean I'm dealing with asthma, COPD, chronic bronchitis, or something else? I'm really worried about whether this could cause more damage to my lungs over time. What do you think?

I've been dealing with some chest issues after a trip to Delhi about two months ago, probably because of the pollution there. Ive got this persistent chest pain that feels like its stinging in the center and a couple of spots on the left and right. Theres also this thin, transparent, frothy mucus that comes out, especially when I get irritated, but strangely, Im not coughing at all. I've been in touch with doctors at the civil hospital in Gandhinagar. Theyve done a couple of chest X-rays, sputum tests, and one CBNet, and everything came back clearno TB or anything. But the mucus and post-nasal drip wont go away, and the chest pains gotten worse over the last couple of days. What could be going on?
