I'm dealing with asthma and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to take something like Alprazolam (Alp). Am I capable of managing this? Would you advise against it? I'm a bit worried and really need some guidance on this.

I recently got an X-ray, and it mentioned something about a thick-walled cavitory lesion in the right mid-zone with some surrounding consolidation. Does this sound serious? What could it possibly mean for my health?
