I've been hearing a lot about using onion juice on the scalp to promote hair growth. I'm really curious if it actually works and how quickly it might show results. Is it safe to use, or are there any potential side effects I should be aware of? I'd love to know more about its effectiveness and any tips on how I might go about trying it.

Onion juice has been shown to promote hair growth due to its high sulfur content which helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles. You can apply onion juice directly to the scalp and leave it on for about 30 minutes before washing it off. This can be done 1-2 times a week for best results.

I'm really worried because I've been experiencing massive hair loss after having dengue fever. My dermatologist tells me it's called Telogen Effluvium. Every day, it feels like my hair is just falling out in chunks, and I'm terrified that I might lose all of it soon. In just two weeks, I've lost half of my hair, and it's really shaking my confidence to the point where I just want to hide away. I'm wondering if I should start wearing a wig and just hope for the best. Is there any chance my hair will grow back, or should I be prepared for the possibility of going bald? This whole thing is incredibly stressful and I'm struggling to cope. Looking for some advice on what I should do.
