I've been hearing this strange noise coming from the back of my head, just above my neck, mostly on the right side. It happens when I move my head upwards or try to lean back. Plus, I get this neck pain on the right side whenever I spend too much time looking down. I've had this long-standing sinusitis issue on the right side, and it's been a real troublemaker. My neck hurts, I get headaches on that side, and sometimes even throat issuesall these come and go at random. What could be going on with me?

View allI've been feeling kind of strange since yesterday. My mouth has this metallic taste, and my throat is sore and really hurts. What do you think it could be?
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of a viral infection or possibly a bacterial infection. To help alleviate your symptoms, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for the sore throat and pain. Additionally, you can use throat lozenges or gargle with warm salt water to soothe your throat. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and treatment.

I've accidentally ruptured my eardrum while using a q-tip and I've attached a photo for you to see. There's no pain but I do feel some pressure in my ear. Should I be worried about this? How does an injury like this heal?

Is there any way to fix a deviated septum without surgery? My breathing is really bad through one nostril and I'm wondering if exercises or massages could help
While exercises or massage can't correct a deviated septum, they may help manage symptoms like nasal congestion and make breathing easier. Surgery (septoplasty) is the only definitive treatment for a deviated septum
