I've been noticing something unusual when I sleep. I recorded myself and it turns out I breathe really heavily on the exhale, making this strange hissing sound. Do you have any idea what this could be?

My dad has been smoking for the past 20 years, and now he's dealing with breathing issues. I've been dealing with asthma and currently, Im using inhaled corticosteroids for it. I dont have any other health issues going on, so I'm wondering if it's safe for me to get the Covishield vaccine. Is there anything I should be worried about with the combination of the vaccine and my asthma treatment?
