I've been noticing something unusual when I sleep. I recorded myself and it turns out I breathe really heavily on the exhale, making this strange hissing sound. Do you have any idea what this could be?

I recovered from COVID on August 17, but I'm now dealing with chest congestion, mucus, and a cough with wheezing sounds. I've also noticed some fungal issues in my ears. Is this normal post-COVID, or should I be worried about these symptoms? What steps can I take to feel better?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I'm really worried about my father's chest X-ray which shows black marks on it. What exactly could these be, and is there any way to get rid of them? yes it can improve , also take amoxicillin for secondary infections
