I've been noticing these small lumps on my body for about 10 years now. Is there a specific type of doctor I should consult for this? I'm really curious about what kind of treatment options might be available. Any advice would be really appreciated.

The small lumps on your body could be lipomas, which are usually harmless fatty tumors under the skin. You can consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. In some cases, if the lipomas are causing symptoms or cosmetic concerns, they can be removed surgically. However, if the lumps are due to other causes, the treatment may vary. It is best to consult a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

My tooth number 47 has grade 3 mobility is it possible to save it with surgery and bone grafts or is it too far gone? What are my options here?

Grade 3 mobility often indicates severe damage. Bone grafting and splinting may help, but extraction is likely if the supporting bone is too compromised.

I'm on an antibiotic course for a tooth cavity issue, and due to the lockdown, the dentists can't do any root canal procedures. They've given me Augmentin 625 Duo, Ultracet, and Pan D to take for the meantime. But now, after 24 hours, I'm starting to feel feverish. Could any of these medications be causing the fever?

It is unlikely that these drugs would cause fever. The fever might be due to your tooth infection. If the fever persists or becomes high grade, please consult your dentist.

I've been chewing Happydent gum a lot lately and I'm a bit concerned. Each piece has 6 pallets, and I've noticed I'm consuming about 1824 pallets every week. They say it's sugar-free and has Xylitol in it, but I'm wondering if there could be any side effects from chewing so much of this gum. Could you shed some light on this for me?

Consuming 18-24 pallets of Happydent chewing gum per week, which contains xylitol, may lead to potential side effects, including gastrointestinal issues like diarrhea, bloating, gas, and abdominal pain, as some people may not fully digest xylitol; additionally, excessive xylitol consumption may also cause a laxative effect, electrolyte imbalances, or interact with medications like blood thinners.
