I've been noticing a white layer forming on the head of my penis, and it feels pretty dry under the foreskin. When I try to pull the skin back, it sticks a bit. A few months ago, I was treated for a fungal infection, and I thought it had cleared up, but now I'm not so sure. Could this be a sign that I have diabetes?

You may be experiencing a recurrence of a fungal infection. You can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day for 2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. As for diabetes, the presence of a fungal infection does not necessarily mean you have diabetes, but it is always a good idea to get your blood sugar levels checked by a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions.

I'm wondering about how to use the Himalayan neem face pack properly. Should I put it on a wet face or a dry one? And when I apply it, do I need to use water or can I just put it on directly?

Apply the Himalayan Neem Face Pack on a clean, dry face. Mix the face pack with a small amount of water to form a smooth paste.

I've recently stopped using Medisalic, which I'd been using for a couple of years due to a skin allergy. I'm looking for some cream and face wash options that won't have side effects and can help keep my skin healthy and glowing. Can you suggest anything?

I'm having a problem with some bumps on my buttocks and I'm wondering if there's any home remedy that might help. Also, could you recommend the best doctor to see about this issue? I'm really anxious to know how soon this can be resolved. Any advice would be appreciated.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a condition called folliculitis, which is inflammation of the hair follicles. You can try using over-the-counter antibacterial washes like Hibiclens or Betadine to help clear up the bumps. Applying a warm compress to the affected area several times a day can also help. Make sure to wear loose-fitting clothing to allow the area to breathe. If the bumps do not improve with home remedies, it would be best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. They may prescribe topical antibiotics or other medications to help clear up the folliculitis. The time it takes to resolve the issue can vary depending on the severity of the condition, but with proper treatment, it should improve within a few weeks.
