I've been told my L1L2 and L3L4 disc space is mildly reduced with early degenerative changes should I be worried about this getting worse as I get older? Could this turn into a serious issue down the line, and would I ever need surgery for it?

View allI've been dealing with a D12 compression fracture from an accident, and at first, the pain disappeared after about three months. But after a recent flight, I noticed some discomfort when the plane was landing. Now it's spreading to a few spots along with the original D12 area. Should I be thinking about going for another MRI or just stick to medication for now?
if the fracture is healed there will not be such problems in flight journey, it may be due back muscles strain because of long term sitting in upright posture, take hot or cold pack, if doesn't subside consult orthopedic surgeon

I have a flap tear in the posterior horn of my lateral meniscus and also an ACL tear my ACL surgery is scheduled for next week. Do I really need surgery for the meniscus tear too, or can it heal on its own? I'm worried about having two surgeries and how that might affect recovery.
Whether you need surgery for a flap tear in the posterior horn of your lateral meniscus alongside your scheduled ACL surgery depends on the severity and type of tear, as well as your individual circumstances. While some smaller tears might heal on their own with conservative treatment, larger or more complex tears may require surgery, either at the same time as the ACL surgery or separately. The decision will be made by your orthopedic surgeon, taking into account factors like the tear's size, location, and your overall health
