I've been using Foracort 200 synchrobreathe, taking 2 puffs a day for the past couple of months. Lately, I've started experiencing nasal congestion and have noticed I'm not as hungry as before. I'm wondering if this could be a side effect of Foracort 200. Can you shed some light on this?

I'm dealing with some post-COVID issues and could really use some advice. When I'm teaching or talking a lot, I get this strange pain in my trachea, from my throat to my chest, almost like chest pain, but my ECG was normal. I've had breathlessness too, especially when putting pressure on my voice during classes. My COVID test was positive back on April 23rd and then again on May 5th.
