I've been using melacare cream for almost a year, and now I'm noticing that my skin has lost its natural glow. I'm having issues with dark patches and itching where I applied the cream. What can I do to fix this? And how do I get rid of the tan on my forehead?

View allI've been dealing with this itching problem that started about two weeks ago. It's mostly on my chest and back, and just a bit on my thighs. It always happens after I take a regular bath. Can you help me understand why this is happening and suggest something that can help with the itching?

I've recently undergone RF treatment for my Xanthelasma, and while the wound has healed, the skin there doesn't quite match the rest of my skin tone. Do you have any recommendations for creams or treatments that could help even it out?
I would recommend using a cream containing hydroquinone to help lighten the skin and reduce any remaining discoloration. You can try using a cream like Melalite Forte cream, applying a thin layer on the affected area once daily in the evening. Make sure to use sunscreen during the day to protect the skin and prevent further darkening.

I'm really worried about my face. A couple of years ago, I got mango acid on my skin, and now I've got these small black pits. They are all over my face and I'm not sure what to do about it. I'm feeling pretty self-conscious and wondering if there's any treatment that could help improve my skin?
The scars and hyperpigmentation from mango acid exposure two years ago can be challenging to treat, but consider consulting a dermatologist for professional advice; they may recommend treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser therapy to help reduce the appearance of scars and dark spots, and also prescribe topical creams or serums containing ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, or retinoids to promote skin brightening and collagen production.
