I've been using melacare cream for almost a year, and now I'm noticing that my skin has lost its natural glow. I'm having issues with dark patches and itching where I applied the cream. What can I do to fix this? And how do I get rid of the tan on my forehead?

View allI've got multiple lipomas on my hand and thighs, and every doctor I've seen says surgery is the only option. I'm really concerned about scarring since I work in the entertainment industry. Are there any non-surgical treatments that could help shrink or remove them without leaving noticeable marks?
While surgical lipoma removal is often recommended, non-surgical treatments can be considered, particularly for smaller lipomas or those where you want to minimize scarring. Steroid injections, liposuction, and mesotherapy are some options to explore. Liposuction is not considered a non-surgical option as it involves an incision, but it is a less invasive alternative to full surgical removal.

I'm experiencing some dryness at the tip of my penis and I heard Candid lotion might help. Do you think this is a good solution, or is there a better medicine you would recommend?
Candid lotion is an antifungal medication, but it may not be the best choice for dryness on the penis tip. Better Alternatives for Dryness on the Penis Tip 1. Hydrocortisone cream or ointment: Over-the-counter (OTC) hydrocortisone creams or ointments can help soothe and moisturize dry skin on the penis tip. 2. Vaseline or petroleum jelly: Applying a thin layer of Vaseline or petroleum jelly can help lock in moisture and protect the skin from further dryness. 3. Cetaphil cream or moisturizer: Fragrance-free, non-comedogenic moisturizers like Cetaphil can help hydrate and soothe dry skin on the penis tip. 4. Urea-based creams: Urea-based creams, such as Urea cream or Carmol 40, can help moisturize and soften dry skin.

I've been experiencing a lot of itching under my testicles and around my anus, and sometimes it gets pretty intense. I'm not sure if there's a cream I can use to help with this, or if I should be seeing a doctor instead. Any ideas?
