I've been using metaspray for about 3 days now and I'm starting to feel feverish, with headaches and nausea. Should I keep using it or is it time to stop?

I've been experiencing a high heart rate, around 105 to 120 beats per minute, for the last 10 days. I've been taking omnacortil 20mg, montek LC, and using a Budecort 200 inhaler. I used Omnacortil for nearly a month. Could these medications be causing my heart rate to be elevated? I've attached my echo report. What do you think?

Yes, u can stop omnacortil 20 mg and continue tab montek LC and budecort 200 inhaler SOS for breathing difficulty.
