I've been using Skinlite, and whenever I stop, my face seems to get darker. I'm really trying to quit it. Do you think it's safe to switch to Kojishine cream instead? I'm worried about the effects.

View allI'm really curious about how safe biotin capsules are. Do they actually help with reducing hair fall and promoting hair growth? If they do, could you also guide me on how much I should be taking?
Biotin capsules are generally considered safe, with minimal side effects, and can help reduce hair fall and promote hair growth by strengthening hair follicles and increasing elasticity; recommended dosage varies from 2,500-10,000 mcg per day, but typical dosages for hair growth are 5,000-7,500 mcg per day, taken orally with food, and it's essential to consult a Dermatologist

I've got some small white patches on my neck and chest. I've been using TBIS 0.1 and trimop forte, and it's helped stop them from spreading. But now I'm wondering what I should use for the depigmentation. Any advice on this would be great!
For depigmentation of the white patches on your neck and chest, you can try using a topical corticosteroid cream like Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%. Apply a thin layer of the cream on the affected areas once daily for a few weeks. Additionally, you can also consider using a skin lightening cream containing Hydroquinone 4% to help even out the skin tone. Make sure to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further pigmentation changes.

I've got this pain on my upper right butt cheek, and I found a small lump there about the size of a chickpea. It's making me a bit worried. It really hurts when I press on it. What could this be?
Dermat opinion is advised to the patient.
