I've been waking up with this ache in my lower legs and found out my uric acid level is at 7.2. Sometimes I even get cramps. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it?

View allMy mom is 55 and has severe rheumatoid arthritis she's already had knee and hip replacements, and now her shoulder and neck joints are wearing out. Her doctor recommended Humira, but I'm wondering how effective it would be for such an advanced case. Will it give her long-term relief, or are there other treatment options we should consider?
For your mother's advanced rheumatoid arthritis, Humira (a biologic DMARD) can be effective in slowing disease progression and providing pain relief, but it's not a cure. Other treatment options, including other DMARDs and lifestyle adjustments, should also be considered

I'm really worried about this ongoing chest pain and difficulty breathing thats been happening for 5 months, and now theres talk about a potential autoimmune disease. It seems to have been confirmed by both my GP and a Pulmonologist, and theyre suggesting seeing a rheumatologist next. The latest episode was really tough, lasted 12 days with fevers around 100.9 to 102, night sweats, and I've lost about 15 pounds. I'm just trying to understand what might be going on and what to expect moving forward. Any insights?
do antibody test then proceed to consult for rheumatologist

I'm really worried about this weakness and leg pain I've been experiencing. I've been taking Medrol for my swollen lymph nodes in the chest, with doses starting at 12mg, then 8mg, and now 4mg for about a week each. But just a couple of days before I was supposed to finish the 4mg dose, I suddenly started feeling extremely weak and my legs are in so much pain. It's been like this since. Any idea what might be going on?
eat nutritious food
