I've got this breathing issue, allergic bronchitis, and I'm also dealing with fibromyalgia. The doctor told me to take Ultracet semi twice a day. But when I looked it up, it said it might not be safe for people with breathing problems. Should I be worried about taking this medication?

I'm having trouble with ankle pain, especially in my left foot, and it seems worse in the mornings. When I wake up, my ankle really hurts, and it gets painful again after resting. Could you tell me what might be causing this and what I should do?
Ankle pain in yr foot may be due to plantarfaciatis,or arch or may be due to flat foot.If u can get X ray of yr lt foot , there may be a calcaneum spur,For relief u can do hot n cold fomentation of yr foot, n put some padding in yr foot wear to increase the arch of yr foot.if nothing works then u need to consult ortho surgeon.

I've been dealing with a fever every evening accompanied by chills for over 20 days, but I didn't have any other symptoms. So, I went to see a physician, took antibiotics, and had all kinds of blood tests done, along with a chest X-ray and a CT scan. Everything came back normal except for my ESR, which was elevated. Now, the fever is gone, but the ESR count is still high, and none of the doctors can figure out why. Could you help me understand what's going on?
