I've got a skin tag on the shaft of my penis, and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. I tried cutting it off once, but it bled and just came back a few days later. I'm curious about what might be causing it and if there's a more effective way to remove it. Any advice?

I'm dealing with this really annoying itching that's been going on since May. At first, it was just itching, but then the spots turned into these reddish round patches. I thought it might be something like ringworm, so I got some ring out ointment from the store, but the itching came back. Sometimes, it gets so bad that it even bleeds a bit.
