I've got some pimples on my penis, but they're not raised. I'm feeling pretty concerned and could use some advice. Should I be seeing a dermatologist or a urologist for this?

I'm really worried because my skin has become much darker over the past few years, and I just want to get back to my natural skin tone. It's really surprising how dark my skin has become, and I'm wondering if theres any permanent treatment, medicine, or lotion that can help prevent sun tan and other causes of skin darkening. Do you have any advice or suggestions?

Treatments* 1. *Chemical Peels*: A solution is applied to remove the top layers of the skin, revealing brighter skin. 2. *Microdermabrasion*: A non-invasive exfoliating treatment that helps remove dead skin cells. 3. *Laser Skin Tonning*: A non-invasive laser treatment that helps reduce melanin production. *Topical Treatments* 1. *Kojic Acid Creams*: Help reduce melanin production and brighten the skin. 2. *Vitamin C Serums*: Antioxidant properties help brighten and even out skin tone. 3. *Niacinamide Creams*: Improves skin elasticity, reduces inflammation, and enhances skin brightness. *Sun Protection* 1. *Use a Broad-Spectrum Sunscreen*: With at least SPF 30, apply every 2 hours or immediately after swimming or sweating. 2. *Wear Protective Clothing*: Wide-brimmed hats, long-sleeved shirts, and pants can help prevent sun exposure. *Lifestyle Changes* 1. *Maintain a Healthy Diet*: Rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. 2. *Stay Hydrated*: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. 3. *Manage Stress*: Engage in stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises.

I'm 18 and I've got these dark patches on both sides of my nose, kind of like a permanent tan. I used to spend a lot of time in the sun, and it's been about three years with these patches. I've tried everything from doctor-prescribed creams to a chemical peel, and I always use sunscreen, but nothing seems to really help. The only thing that lightened them up was this Lomela cream with hydroquinone, but when I stopped using it, the patches just got darker. I'm worried and frustrated are there any creams or treatments that could help get rid of these dark patches for good?

Kozicare cream is advised.Side-effects include itching and hypersensitivity reactions
