I've got these warts on my scalp and I'm not sure what to do about them. Should I consider surgery or are there effective medicines that can help? I'm a bit worried about the best way to treat them without causing more issues. What would you recommend?

Does using neem face wash cause skin darkening? My skin is oily and breaks out often, so I've been trying to manage it, but I've heard neem might make my skin turn black. Is there any truth to that?

I'm trying to figure out whether I should use Neosporin powder or a Betadine tube for treating wounds on the knees and elbows from falling on the road. I know Betadine is used with dressing, which can be so sticky and painful when changing it. On the other hand, I've heard Neosporin powder is just sprinkled over the wound. Could you help me decide which might be better?

For road fall wounds on the knees and elbows, both Neosporin and Betadine can be effective, but Neosporin powder may be more suitable for open wounds as it helps prevent infection without sticking. Betadine can be used for cleaning, but it might be painful to remove due to its adhesive nature. It's important to apply a clean dressing to reduce pain during redressing.
