I've had the ARMS procedure for GERD and acidity, but I still get constant burping. If I try to hold in a burp, I end up vomiting right away. Is there any permanent solution for this, maybe even surgery or another treatment? It's really affecting my daily life.

I've been experiencing this tightness or squeezing sensation in the upper right side of my chest for over a year now, and it seems to be getting worse.
