I've had the ARMS procedure for GERD and acidity, but I still get constant burping. If I try to hold in a burp, I end up vomiting right away. Is there any permanent solution for this, maybe even surgery or another treatment? It's really affecting my daily life.

Persistent burping after ARMS may be due to altered gastric motility—further testing like manometry or fundoplication revision may help; consult a GI motility specialist.

View allI've been feeling this weird globus sensation and tightness in my throat for a while now, but it doesn't hurt or make it hard to swallow. I got an endoscopy done, and there was only some erosion in the stomach's fundus; everything else looked normal. I do have mild acidity, but no heartburn or difficulty swallowing. There's nothing unusual in my throat or lymph nodes either. My mom passed away from anaplastic carcinoma of the thyroid, and that seriously worries me. What could be causing this discomfort in my throat?

Ive been noticing that I'm going to the toilet way more times a day than usual, and it feels like I need to go right after eating. Sometimes its not even an easy process, and I have to struggle quite a bit. Its really starting to worry me because it's messing up my daily routine. Im thinking of visiting a Gastroenterologist this week, but I wanted to get your thoughts on this. Any idea what might be going on?
