I've had clear skin for a long time, but recently, I had a bad allergic reaction while I was in another state, and now I'm getting these small white pus-filled bumps on my face. They appear and disappear, but leave these flesh-colored bumps that have been sticking around. It's been almost a year like this, and I've tried doxycycline and various acne medications with no success. I even used Proactiv years ago, and it worked then, but now it just irritates my skin. What do you think could be causing this and is there anything else I can try to get rid of these bumps?

View allI've been having this burning pain in my left armpit for the past two weeks. I got an ultrasound of my breast, and it showed enlarged lymph nodes in both armpits and a cyst in one breast. But the doctor said that couldn't be the cause of the burning. I'm really curious why there's still this burning sensation. I did notice some redness and irritation in the same armpit about three weeks ago after using some perfume, but that seems to have gotten better. There's no burning in my right armpit. Are there any ideas on what could be causing this since I don't see any visible patch?
This could be due to irritation from the previous reaction to perfume or other underlying causes. I recommend taking an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen to help with the pain and inflammation. Additionally, applying a topical pain relief cream containing lidocaine may provide some relief. If the pain persists, you may need a prescription for a medication like gabapentin to help with nerve pain. Make sure to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've been using Pendram Plus for a while and now I've got these dark circles and my skin has turned really dark. I'm kind of worried about how I can fix this. Any suggestions on what to do?
Prolonged use of Pendram Plus, a topical corticosteroid cream, can lead to skin darkening and other side effects. To address these issues, follow these steps: Reversing Skin Darkening 1. Stop using Pendram Plus: Discontinue using the cream to prevent further skin darkening.Reducing Dark Circles 1. Eye creams: Use eye creams containing ingredients like: - Caffeine (reduces puffiness) - Peptides (stimulates collagen production) - Vitamin K (fades dark circles) 2. Cold compress: Apply a cold compress to the affected area to reduce puffiness. 3. Elevate your head: Sleep with your head slightly elevated to reduce fluid accumulation under the eyes. 4. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and plump.

I'm wondering if using Alopel foam could help with my hair loss and if there's a chance for regrowth after using it. Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of when using Alopel?
