I've had a hoarse voice for the last 4 months and was diagnosed with vocal cord polyps. The allopathy doctor gave me meds for 10 days and said surgery might be needed if it doesn't improve. Are there any Ayurvedic treatments that could help avoid surgery? Can you suggest Ayurvedic medicines or kadhas that might work for this?

This condition may require clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause and treatment. Some cases can be managed conservatively, while others may need surgical intervention depending on size, symptoms, and severity. Regular follow-up is important to monitor progress.

View allI'm struggling with allergies and sinus issues that have been bothering me for a long time. Every morning I wake up with pain below my eyes and eyebrows. If I take steam, the pain reduces for a bit, but it comes back. On top of that, my right ear has been blocked for over eight months. Just when it feels like it's getting better, I get hit with cold allergies and it's blocked again. It's really frustrating because I can't hear people properly. What do you think I should do?

I've been noticing a weird smell in both my nose and mouth, and it's really bothering me. It's like an irritating scent that just wont go away. I even tried applying Vicks, but the smell still comes back. Any ideas on what might be causing this or how I can get rid of it?

For the past month, I've been noticing a salty thin liquid on the right side of my throat. When I spit it out, it's clear and thin but doesn't look like regular sputum. I keep swallowing or spitting to clear my throat, but it's only happening on the right side. I had ear surgeries and tonsils removed as a kid could this be related or is it something normal?
ent opinion is advised.
