I've just gotten my test results, and I'm seeing an SGPT of 60 and a Globulin of 3.6. I'm a bit worried because I haven't been told to see a doctor. Everything else seems normal, but my LDL is at 151. Should I be concerned about these numbers, or is everything within a reasonable range?

Can you tell me if it's okay to have golgappa when I've got a sore throat and a cold? I'm worried it might make my throat feel worse. Is it safe, or should I avoid it?

It's best to avoid golgappa during a cold or throat pain. The spicy and cold ingredients can irritate the throat, potentially worsening discomfort or inflammation. It's advisable to stick to soothing, warm foods for better relief.
