I've just taken 4 puffs from my Asthalin inhaler and 2 Theoasthalin tablets. Is that too much? Could an overdose like this actually harm my airways? I'm really worried about potential side effects.

I'm a bit worried as I recently got a PFT report back, and it mentioned something about Small Airway Obstruction. I've also been dealing with this chronic cough for a while now. I've been dealing with a fever for about six weeks now. My doctor did a Mantoux test, which came back positive, and I started treatment for TB. The fever went away after four days, but now it's back. It spikes to 102 degrees around 3 PM and again after midnight. Is this something normal during TB treatment, or should I be concerned about it?

My dad's been diagnosed with something called ILD, and I'm really worried about him. We first took him to a military hospital where they put him on steroids, but they didn't help, and his cough just kept going. Two months back, we visited Jolly Grant in Dehradun, and they prescribed him Musiac 600 BT, but its still not making a difference. He's never smoked or drank, and his liver function tests are normal. But this cough just won't go away. What else can we try?
