I've noticed my hair density is thinning, and it's been happening gradually. It's mostly on the top of my head, while the sides and back are still okay. I'm wondering if wearing a helmet to work every day might be part of the problem. Do you think that's possible? Also, what can I do to regain my hair density? Would love some advice on this.

View allI'm really concerned about something that's been going on for over a year now. I've been having sores for about 10 days each time but after using medicines like clarinova 500, they go away for a bit and then come back. Nothing seems to be working long-term. I'm also noticing some hair fall from the front lately. I'm worried if these issues, particularly the sores, might be related to excessive masturbation. Could you provide some guidance on what might be causing this and what I should do next?

I've been dealing with perioral hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, and it turns out my sister has the same issue. My doctor suggested I use Kozilite H cream with hydroquinone 2%. Do you think it's safe for my face, and how long should I stick with this treatment? Also, I've had really dark circles since I was a kid, so it's kind of a heredity thing. I don't want to put any hydroquinone cream around my eyes. Could you recommend a good, non-irritating under-eye cream to help reduce them?
1. Hydroquinone 2% is generally safe for short-term use (3-6 months) on the face, but prolonged use can lead to ochronosis, skin thinning, or rebound hyperpigmentation; use Kozilite-H cream as directed by your doctor, and monitor for any adverse effects. 2. For dark circles, consider a non-irritating, hydroquinone-free under-eye cream containing ingredients like caffeine, peptides, vitamin K, or niacinamide; some good options include Kama Ayurveda Under Eye Cream, La Roche-Posay Pigmentclar Eye Cream, or Olay Eyes Deep Hydrating Eye Gel.
