I've noticed nail clubbing in all my fingers and toes, but there's no pain, just big clubbed nails. I'm really concerned about it and would like to know how I can treat it. Could you please provide some advice or solutions for this?

Nail clubbing can be a sign of an underlying medical condition. In your case, since you do not have any pain, it is important to determine the root cause of the clubbing. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation and diagnosis. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. If it is related to a heart or lung condition, addressing that condition may help improve the nail clubbing. In the meantime, maintaining good overall health and keeping your nails well-trimmed can help manage the symptoms.

View allI'm trying to understand what the normal SpO2 level should be for a healthy person. If someone has a reading of 95 or 96, is that still considered normal, or is it lower than what it should be? I'm a bit concerned about the implications of these values.

My brother has allergic asthma and only 80% of his lungs are working right now. Is there any treatment like therapy, meds, or even surgery that could help his lungs function at 100% again? Really worried and looking for options to improve his condition.
While asthma can't be cured and it's unlikely his lung function will return to 100%, there are effective treatments that can significantly improve his lung function, control his asthma, and help him live a normal life. These treatments include medication, breathing exercises, and avoiding triggers.

I'm really worried about my dad who's 73. He was diagnosed with COVID-19 on June 14th and had a mild fever, but that went away after taking paracetamol. Now he's started coughing since yesterday and while we're giving him Reswas syrup, it hasn't completely stopped. His D-dimer is 0.87 and CRP 9.6. Should we be concerned about these numbers? Is there anything else we should be doing or any other meds he might need?
continue the treatment add dextromethrophen syrup
