I've noticed a small lipoma on my forehead that's been growing over time and is now pretty noticeable. It doesn't hurt but bothers me cosmetically. I'm 22 and haven't been to the gym or played sports in a while so my physical activity is basically zero. I've noticed my nipples are puffy but I'm not sure if it's gyno or just fat.
