I've smoked 43 cigarettes over the last 8 months and I've stopped now, but I'm really worried. How much harm could that have done to my health? Am I safe, or should I be concerned about any potential diseases? I'd really appreciate some advice on this.

I'm having trouble with my breathing and my doctor mentioned it's bronchial asthma caused by allergies. He suggested using a Budecort 200 inhaler to help me breathe better. I'm just not too sure how many puffs I should be taking each day. Can you help me figure it out?
2 puffs each time for 2-3 times per day

I'm using Rotacap Formoterol Fumarate and Fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation, specifically Formoflo 250. I wasnt very regular with my Rotacap Budecort 100. But now that I've started with Formoflo 250, it feels like I'm getting more consistent with taking my meds. Do you think this change is beneficial or should I be aware of anything else?
yes use it regularly
