I've smoked 43 cigarettes over the last 8 months and I've stopped now, but I'm really worried. How much harm could that have done to my health? Am I safe, or should I be concerned about any potential diseases? I'd really appreciate some advice on this.

View allMy mom got over COVID about a month and a half ago, but her oxygen level is still around 93-95. Should I be worried about this? Do you think I should get her checked by a pulmonologist, or is there a chance she'll just get better on her own in the next couple of months? Before COVID, she had some dust allergies and would often cough, vomit, and sometimes have trouble breathing when going up stairs. What do you suggest I do?

I'm feeling a bit worried because I've been noticing some small blood tissue in my sputum since this morning, even though I don't have a cough or cold. My throat hurts a little, and I've got a mild headache too. I've started taking vitamin C for immunity over the last four days. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and is there anything specific you would recommend I do?
