I've smoked 43 cigarettes over the last 8 months and I've stopped now, but I'm really worried. How much harm could that have done to my health? Am I safe, or should I be concerned about any potential diseases? I'd really appreciate some advice on this.

View allI'm wondering when during the day I should be checking my blood oxygen levels. I've got an oximeter at home, but I'm not sure how often or what times are best to use it. Could you give me some guidance on this?
