View allI'm really confused about my Pet Scan and biopsy results. The Pet Scan mentioned something about a 'metabolic active soft tissue density lesion' with 'irregular margins,' suggesting it could be a primary neoplastic etiology. But my biopsy sounds different; it talks about 'tiny fibrocollagenous tissue' with 'mild chronic inflammatory infiltrate' and 'occasional submucosal glands,' but no signs of atypia or malignancy. Does this mean my report is normal, and I dont have cancer? Can what I have be treated with medication? I'm trying to understand what's going on, and if there's any reason to be worried.
no its not cancer , its just inflammation

I'm 32 and have a cyst in my left breast. After seeing a doctor, they said it's fibroadenosis and mentioned surgery as a treatment. I'm really unsure about having surgery. Are there other options besides surgery that I could consider? And if I do go through with surgery, what kind of impact might it have on me? I'm a bit worried about these next steps.
Fibroadenosis is a benign condition, and in many cases, surgery may not be necessary. Non-surgical treatments, such as monitoring, medications for pain relief, or changes in lifestyle, are options to manage the condition. If surgery is recommended, it is generally safe, but its important to discuss any potential risks or concerns with your doctor for personalized advice.

I'm really worried because my doctor said I have stage 3 lung cancer, but they didn't explain if it's 3A, 3B, or 3C. I have the PET scan and biopsy reports, which mention Moderately Differentiated Adenocarcinoma. Could you help me understand what this all means?
Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.
