MRI shows a type 2 AICA loop in my left ear causing vertigo. I've tried multiple treatments but nothing helps. Is surgery an option to remove the loop, and how complex would it be?

I've been dealing with head spinning for years now, and it's really starting to worry me. I had an MRI scan about three years ago and have been on medications like Icosar Lipikind Plus and Vertizoc since then, but I still get these dizzy spells pretty often. Do you have any idea why this might be happening or what else I could do?
