My AMH level is 1.25, and I am trying to conceive. The doctor told me that my AMH value is decreasing and advised me to get IUI or IVF done. My question is, what is the best time to get accurate results of AMH, and is there any other option available other than IUI and IVF? Please help me.

AMH can be tested any time during your cycle. A value of 1.25 is slightly low, so early action is wise. Natural methods may work, but IUI or IVF gives better chances. Lifestyle changes may help support fertility.

View allI underwent laparoscopy for bilateral complex chocolate cysts six months ago. My recent report shows a 32 mm hemorrhagic cyst in my left ovary, and only residual tissue is seen in the right ovary on sonography. Can this cyst resolve on its own? Is it possible for my ovary to regenerate from the residual tissue? Can I still get pregnant with this condition if my uterus is healthy?

I was pregnant twice this year, with a gap of six months between the two pregnancies. Unfortunately, both pregnancies ended in early miscarriage, each time showing only a faint positive line, and then automatically aborting after about six weeks. My doctor advised me to undergo several tests, and I am attaching the reports here. Could you please review them and let me know if everything appears normal, or if there are any issues with my hormonal levels? I had a history of PCOD, but I have been told that it is no longer a concern.

Recent tests done on cycle day 2 show: Prolactin: 26.98 ng/mL TSH: 2.1 microIU/mL AMH: 1.64 ng/mL FSH: 8.5 mIU/mL I had taken cabergoline after my pregnancy loss. Will the slightly elevated prolactin affect my chances of conceiving?
