My blood report shows: SGPT: 1715 IU/L SGOT: 1655 IU/L Bilirubin: 3.6 mg/dL What foods should I eat in this condition, and how can I bring these levels down quickly? Please suggest any home remedies if possible.

Hello doctor I am Ravi age 25. I have a big problem with weight gain and even after following a weight gain diet and gym my weight remains constant at 52 kg. A few days ago I was drinking alcohol regularly and after that I developed pain below the chest, weight loss, loss of appetite, malaise, shortness of breath, depression, and ringworm on legs and hands.
