My blood report shows: SGPT: 1715 IU/L SGOT: 1655 IU/L Bilirubin: 3.6 mg/dL What foods should I eat in this condition, and how can I bring these levels down quickly? Please suggest any home remedies if possible.

I was treated for H. pylori infection and am currently on medication from your clinic. However, I am experiencing poor digestion and low energy after meals. I did an LFT test, and my ALT and AST levels are high. I have attached the report here. Please advise on the next steps and management.

Sir, my recent liver function tests show: SGPT: 300 SGOT: 600 GGT: 600 Bilirubin: 1.24 I am under treatment by a gastroenterologist, who says that heavy alcohol consumption on an empty stomach has caused the elevated liver enzymes.
