My blood test shows extra calcium at 12.9mg and I weigh 100kg at 59 years old. There's a parathyroid issue on the right side of my neck that's been there for 4 years. Do I need surgery for this or can it be treated with medication? The test says it's excess calcium so I'm worried about what to do next

I've missed my periods for the past month and a half, and I'm getting a bit worried. I had my Thyroid checked back in April, and I've attached the report here. Could you take a look and let me know what might be going on? Maybe we could discuss this over a video call?
