My chest has been hurting on and off for the past couple of months, mostly on the left side but sometimes on the right as well. Ive already done tests like ECG, TMT, 2D Echo, and a chest X-ray, and the doctor said everything looks normal. Can you suggest what I might do to relieve this pain? I've attached the report as well.

I've been taking Ciplar LA 40, but I'm using half, so it's like Ciplar LA 20 for my blood pressure. Sometimes my BP goes up to around 130140, and I'm only 23. Could you share some advice or steps I could take to help keep it under control?

I'm having some chest pain that comes and goes, sometimes on the right, other times on the left, and I've also been getting back pain, stomach pain, and occasionally it spreads to my arms and neck. It's got me a bit worried. Could it be something serious? What could be causing all this?
