My chest has been hurting on and off for the past couple of months, mostly on the left side but sometimes on the right as well. Ive already done tests like ECG, TMT, 2D Echo, and a chest X-ray, and the doctor said everything looks normal. Can you suggest what I might do to relieve this pain? I've attached the report as well.

View allI've been dealing with some chest pain for the last couple of months and have noticed a bit of blood in my spit in the mornings on random days. I got a full body check-up, but everything seemed okay except my thyroid and cholesterol levels were slightly elevated. What should I do next?
Given your symptoms of chest pain and occasional blood-tinged morning spit, despite a largely normal full-body checkup, it's essential to consult a pulmonologist or a cardiologist to rule out underlying conditions such as pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, or gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and to further investigate the cause of your symptoms, especially since your thyroid and cholesterol levels are only slightly elevated.

I'm feeling this weird vibration on the right side of my chest every time I think about my phone. It started yesterday morning and seems to happen like every 30 minutes or so. What's strange is that I don't notice it when I'm busy, like cooking, but if I'm just sitting or reading, it really stands out. Could this be something medical, and should I be concerned?

I'm experiencing a headache and body pain after taking my morning medicine. I'm on Prolomet XL 25 and Nitrofix SR 30. Is this something I should be worried about?
