My friend has been dealing with an itchy sensation on his thighs near his private area for about two weeks now, where the legs meet. At first, he thought it might be a daad, so he tried using ring guard and other similar treatments, but the itching just keeps getting worse. Can you tell me what this might be and suggest what he should do?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been noticing these small pits forming on my foot lately and it's really got me worried. I'm not sure which specialist I should be reaching out to for this. Are there any home remedies I could try first? Any advice would be great.

I'm dealing with a fungal infection that's been around for years and it's really bothering me. It's located on my inner thighs and has left a dark brown patch. I'm not sure if my diet could be affecting this, but I am a non-vegetarian. Could you offer any advice or treatment options?

I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer on the affected area twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks to treat the infection from within. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further fungal growth.

I've been applying dermadew cream for my facial acne, but now I'm having some bowel discomfort and there's a bit of itching or a burning feeling on my face. Could this be because of the cream? Do you know of any alternative medicine I could try? I'm a 30-year-old guy.

It's a good idea to discontinue Dermadew temporarily to see if the symptoms improve. If your acne persists, you may want to explore other treatment options or consult with a dermatologist for a personalized skincare routine. As for the bowel discomfort, its important to consider other factors (diet, stress, etc.) that might be contributing to that.
