My mom has had a skin issue on her heel for the last two years. It usually doesn't hurt but gets itchy, and if there's a cut in that area, it starts to pain. We've tried treatments before, but nothing worked. Now that we're in Mumbai, I'm hoping to find a good dermatologist who can help without suggesting surgery. Most of the ones I've seen here focus on anti-aging or cosmetic procedures. Can you recommend someone who specializes in skin conditions like this? I've attached pictures of the affected area.

View allI'm really concerned about my 3-month-old daughter's skin. I've been using a massage routine with homemade ghee, and then I apply a mixture of gram flour, raw milk, and turmeric powder after 15 minutes. I want to know if it's safe to use these things daily to help lighten her skin tone. Is this okay for her delicate skin? What would you suggest I do to help her?
No they are not adviced to use because their skin is sensitive, you can use natural oils nothing more than that

I've been struggling with these large red acnes or allergic bumps on my forehead lately. I tried using Castor NF with ofloxacin and terbinafine clobetasol, but they haven't helped at all. The bumps are really painful to touch, and they're not just staying on my foreheadthey're spreading to other parts of my face. I'm starting to feel really frustrated as they seem to be growing more. When I use Castor NF, they shrink a little bit, but not enough to make a difference. What could be going on, and how can I get them to stop spreading?
