My mom has had a skin issue on her heel for the last two years. It usually doesn't hurt but gets itchy, and if there's a cut in that area, it starts to pain. We've tried treatments before, but nothing worked. Now that we're in Mumbai, I'm hoping to find a good dermatologist who can help without suggesting surgery. Most of the ones I've seen here focus on anti-aging or cosmetic procedures. Can you recommend someone who specializes in skin conditions like this? I've attached pictures of the affected area.

View allI've recently noticed that I've got this scar on my buttocks that's turned into a round shape. It's been super itchy, especially at night, and I've also seen white flakes of skin peeling off. The skin's also got darker, and the whole area seems to be growing. I've tried using itch guard and onabet, but things aren't getting better. What might be causing this, and what should I do next?

I noticed a black bump in my butt about a week ago and it's still there. Is this something that can go away on its own or do I need to see a doctor? It doesn't hurt much but the color worries me. Can it be treated without surgery?
It could be a thrombosed external hemorrhoid or cyst. If painless, warm compresses and observation help. See a doctor if it persists or changes.
