Is my report normal? What medication is needed to increase my chances of becoming a father? I do not drink, but my blood test from five months ago showed Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency. Please advise.

Nutritional deficiencies may affect fertility. Repeat your Vitamin B12, D3, and Semen Analysis. Please take these tests to assess and improve your reproductive health.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test

View allHello sir, I am 18 years old and currently in class 12. For the past 7 to 8 months, I have been facing problems with my studies. I am not able to remember what I studied an hour ago, and the same happens with other events like remembering someone name or the path I have travelled. This makes me anxious. My family is very supportive but has an old thought pattern, so it was difficult to convince them to take me to a psychiatrist. Finally, I went to Patna AIIMS and had a consultation with a psychiatrist. The problem is that after taking the medicines, I experienced vomiting, restlessness, sweating, and loss of appetite. Without consulting the doctor, my parents forced me to stop the medicines. The medicines were 1) Sertraline Daxid 50 and 2) Etizolam 0.25 mg. Now I do not have trouble sleeping or eating, but I still have the problem of forgetting things. I am attaching my report. It is impossible to convince my parents again. Please suggest the best course. Shall I take the medicine.
