My ultrasound showed a fatty liver and multiple echogenic masses in the gallbladder. Should I get my gallbladder removed or is there another way to manage this? I'm worried about surgery but also don't want to risk complications if it's necessary.

My 9-month-old daughter has a large umbilical hernia that goes back in when she's calm but the doctor said to wait 34 months before considering surgery. I'm really worried about it will it go away on its own or is surgery usually needed?
Many umbilical hernias close by age 2–3; surgery is advised only if large, symptomatic, or persistent beyond that age.

My scan report shows mild probe tenderness in the right iliac fossa and a mildly dilated appendix at 5mm with a few enlarged lymph nodes in the RIF. It says no perforation but mentions subacute appendicitis. No kidney stones or hydronephrosis were found. Do I need surgery for this or can it be managed with meds?
Subacute appendicitis with probe tenderness can sometimes be managed with antibiotics, but recurrence risk makes surgery advisable.
