My vision is 66 in both eyes with glasses and I have a high power of 7D. Is Lasik surgery an option for me to get rid of glasses and have normal vision?

With power of -7D, LASIK is possible if corneal thickness allows; consult for topography—options like SMILE or ICL may be better in high myopia.

View allMy dad has cataract in his right eye and the clinic recommended surgery. I'm confused about whether to choose laser cataract surgery or the traditional blade method what are the pros and cons of each? I want to make sure we pick the best option for him
Both laser-assisted and traditional cataract surgery methods are effective, but laser-assisted surgery often offers greater precision and potentially faster recovery. The best choice depends on individual needs and preferences, including eye health, underlying medical conditions, and desired outcomes

I went to the eye hospital just to check my power for glasses since I don't wear any and never had my eyes checked before. The doctor recommended a scan and then said I need C3R surgery for both eyes within two months. They mentioned normal power is 500 and mine is 419, with anything under 300 being critical. I'm only 24 and just wanted to check my power now I'm worried about this surgery. Should I go ahead with it or get a second opinion?
ophthal opinion is advised to the pt.
