My vision is around minus 8 and I'm worried because it seems really bad for my age. Is there any surgery or treatment that could help me get my normal eyesight back?

View allI've been looking into LASIK surgery options lately and stumbled across keratoconus. I'm 22 and have had pretty stable glasses prescription for the last 3 years with no major vision issues, but my astigmatism is pretty high (sph 6, cyl 2.75). Could this mean I might have keratoconus or am I just overthinking it? Is there a way to rule this out for sure?

My grandmother is 73 and has BP, an eye specialist recommended cataract surgery for her.
