My vitiligo has been stable so I got melanocyte cell surgery in March. Now I'm seeing some dark patches coming in but it's not matching my natural skin tone yet. How long will it take for the color to fully blend in and when will the donor area skin heal properly?

I'm struggling with acne and dark spots on my face. Over the years, I've tried many medicines, but they only seem to help as long as I'm taking them. Once I finish the course, after a month or so, the same issues pop back up. Back in 2012, my doctor prescribed some medicines, and then again in 2013, I was recommended Zeethrom 500 mg, Saslic face wash, Resoten 20 mg, and Calene gel. By 2014, the prescription included Resoten 20 mg and Nioclean gel. I've been using these treatments for about three years, but I stopped taking any medicine over the past two years. Could you suggest what I should do next? Should I consider continuing with medicine or try another treatment option?

I've been dealing with hidradenitis in both armpits and it's really affecting my daily life. Is there any permanent solution for this condition? Would surgery be the most effective treatment option? I've heard about laser surgery - could that be a possibility for my case?

Laser or surgical excision can offer long-term relief from hidradenitis—consult a dermatologist or surgeon for evaluation.
