I've been dealing with calcaneal bursitis for two years now and nothing seems to help tried both regular doctors and homeopathy but no luck. I inherited bow legs and now at 34, I'm wondering if it's possible to correct them through exercises or if surgery is the only option. Also, I've noticed I never gain muscle mass in my legs, arms, or face while the rest of my body builds up what could be causing that?
