View allI've been building homes recently and started feeling a burning sensation in my inner left leg, like maybe I pulled a muscle. But now it's gotten worse and moved down past my knee. It's super painful when I walk or move, and the area is all red wherever there's pain. It's been like this for a week. Any idea what's going on with my leg?

I damaged my knee cartilage and heard it doesn't heal well on its own are there any surgeries or treatments that can actually help regenerate it or am I stuck with this forever
While knee cartilage doesn't naturally regenerate, several surgical and nonsurgical treatments can help repair, regenerate, or replace damaged cartilage. You're not necessarily "stuck" with the damage if you seek appropriate medical care.
