Which graft is better for ACL surgery hamstring or patellar tendon? I've heard the hamstring graft has fewer issues with knee pain later on, but I'm not sure if it's as strong. What are the pros and cons of each option?

I'm worried about my chondromalacia diagnosis from a few years ago.
