Which graft is better for ACL surgery hamstring or patellar tendon? I've heard the hamstring graft has fewer issues with knee pain later on, but I'm not sure if it's as strong. What are the pros and cons of each option?

View allI'm 27 and have knock knees (genu valgum). Is there any way to fix this without surgery? I'm worried about how it affects me long-term and if exercises or braces could help
In almost all cases of genu valgum, the condition will resolve before a child reaches adolescence. For older children and adults, the most likely form of therapy involves stretches and exercises to realign the knees and relieve pain. Some people might find relief with orthotics or braces

I have a ganglion cyst on my left hand and it's been causing me pain. I'm not sure whether to go for surgery or try the needle draining method. What are the pros and cons of each option and which one would you recommend for long-term relief?
For a ganglion cyst that causes problems, having a health care provider drain the cyst with a needle might be an option. So might removing the cyst surgically. But if there are no symptoms, no treatment is necessary. Often, the cysts grow and shrink.
