For the past three years, I've been feeling discomfort in my urinary passage, and over the last year, it's gotten worse. My urine flow has become narrow, especially during ejaculation sometimes it doesn't even come out freely. There's no pain or infection, but doctors did an RGU test and diagnosed it as urethral stricture, recommending surgery. I heard Ayurveda has a treatment called Uttarbasti could this help my condition? If so, can you suggest a good Ayurveda doctor?

Ayurvedic Uttarbasti may support urethral health, but urethral stricture often requires dilatation or urethroplasty.Surgeon input is essential.

I'm feeling a bit concerned because I recently had a fever and cold, and even after recovering, I had some lingering symptoms like a headache and weakness. My blood test came back normal, but I'm puzzled about my urine test results. It shows that my pus cell count is 10-15 cellsHPF and epithelial cells are 2-3 cellsHPF, which seems higher than normal. All my other results are within the average range. Is this something I should be worried about? What steps should I take next? I've attached a screenshot of my test results for reference.

Based on your urine test results showing an elevated pus cell count, it indicates the presence of inflammation or infection in your urinary tract. To address this issue, you can take a course of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin. Additionally, it is important to increase your fluid intake to help flush out the infection. Make sure to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
