Recently, I had a health check up and found that my cholesterol levels are high. The results are as follows: Total Cholesterol: 254 Triglycerides: 240 LDL: 209 HDL: 31.36 I am worried about these numbers. Kindly advise what steps I should take.

Your cholesterol and triglycerides are high, and HDL is low. Start lifestyle changes: avoid fried foods, sugary drinks, and red meat, eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, exercise 30 min daily, and maintain a healthy weight. If high cholesterol runs in your family or you have other health risks, medication may be needed. Repeat a Lipid Profile after 3 months to check improvement. Consult your doctor for further treatment planning.

View allI have developed fat deposits around both eyes, which started after I completed graduation. There is no family history of this, and my cholesterol levels are normal. I have previously had one removal procedure, but the deposits are slowly increasing again. Could you please advise on possible interventions?

I have done CBC and lipid test. Please check my report and prescription if required. My triglycerides are 205, HDL is low at 35, and VLDL is above the normal range. What does it mean?

I recently did my lipid profile test. My results show HDL: 36 and Apolipoproteins: 108, which are outside the normal range. Please advise on what steps I should take to manage these levels. I have attached my report for reference.
