Sir, I have checked my blood report in which platelets are 100 only, but my health condition is normal. No fever, no bone pain, no tiredness. I do not understand what the problem is with me. Please help me, my report is attached with it.

Mildly low platelet count. If no symptoms, it may be benign. Repeat the test in a few weeks.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a PERIPHERAL SMEAR Test

One year ago, my periods started getting delayed to 35 or 38 days, but not more than that. I consulted a gynecologist who advised me to get a scan. After reviewing the scan report, I was diagnosed with PCOD. I experience pain on the right side when my period comes. The doctor did not prescribe any medication but told me to reduce my weight. I weighed 88 kg before and now I am 74 kg. My periods have become regular, coming every 30 or 31 days, but I am having heavy bleeding with large blood clots, feeling very weak, and experiencing pain on the right side. The heavy flow lasts for 4 to 5 days. Please help me understand what I should do about this problem. I am waiting for your reply.

My report shows that LUC is high. I heard this might be related to an infection, possibly even HIV. Could you please advise?
