Sir/Madam, my test report shows that my Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels are very low. Could you please suggest some medicines for this?

Take B12 supplements (e.g. methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily) and D3 (60,000 IU weekly for 6 to 8 weeks). Sunlight exposure also helps.
Dr. Kamran Suggests...

Sir, I have been continuously suffering from pain in the back portion of my left foot. After consulting an orthopedic doctor, he suggested a blood test for uric acid and prescribed some medicines. However, after almost two months, I have not fully recovered. Now, my left hand forefingers have also started hurting. I also consulted a urologist, who said my uric acid levels are normal and advised me to get it checked by a neurologist. Kindly suggest the possible remedies for this problem.
