Sir/Madam, my test report shows that my Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels are very low. Could you please suggest some medicines for this?

Take B12 supplements (e.g. methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily) and D3 (60,000 IU weekly for 6 to 8 weeks). Sunlight exposure also helps.

View allMy latest blood report shows that I have low Vitamin B12 at 102 which should be above 211 and a high uric acid level of 9.5 which should be below 7. I need to know if I can take a Vitamin B12 tablet called Cobal 500 mcg Mecobalamin to increase my Vitamin B12 levels.
