So, I'm dealing with this low platelet count situation. I've already tried medication and even got saline, but my platelet levels are still low. My family doctor thinks I should see a hematologist. What could be the reason my platelet count isnt improving? What can I expect from a hematologist visit, and are there other treatments I should be considering?

TABLET LIMCEE TO SUCK THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER. GOOD TASTE. USE CITRUS FRUITS LIKE LEMON ORANGE KIWI, AAMLA REGULARLY FOR ONE MONTH OR SO. PLATELET COUNT INCREASED.

View allI've had a minor skin surgery recently, and my doctor recommended I get a CBP. I noticed in my report that my RBC and RDW levels are higher than normal, while my MCH, MCV, and MCHC are lower. Should I be worried about this? I'm generally healthy and don't have any symptoms that seem concerning to me. Can you help me understand what this might mean?
Your RBC and RDW being high, along with low MCH, MCV, and MCHC, might suggest some mild anemia or other factors affecting red blood cells. Since you're not experiencing symptoms, its likely not a serious concern, but it's a good idea to follow up with your doctor to understand the context of these results.

I'm really concerned because I've been diagnosed with DVT in my left leg and my homocysteine level is 60.2. Does the high level of homocysteine directly cause the DVT? What should I be doing to manage this situation?
Elevated homocysteine levels can be a risk factor for developing deep vein thrombosis (DVT). To help lower your homocysteine levels and reduce the risk of DVT, you can take folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 supplements. I recommend taking Tab Folvite 5mg once daily, Tab Pyridoxine 50mg once daily, and Tab Nurokind Plus once daily. However, it is important to consult with your healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.

I'm a 32-year-old male, and during a comprehensive test I found out that my Vitamin B12 level is at 1892 pgml. For the past 7 years, I've been taking a combination of methylcobalamin 1500 mcg with pyridoxin and folic acid because my homocysteine levels were high at 15.55. Can you help me understand why my Vitamin B12 level is elevated? Is it okay for me to keep taking these tablets, or could there be any issues with high Vitamin B12 levels? Everything else in my reports looks good. Would love your advice on this.
