The surgery wound from my perianal pus removal a month ago hasn't fully healed yet and there's a small bump on one side - could that be fat? I attached a picture, how much longer might it take to heal completely and what can I do to help it heal faster so I can get back to normal

Bump may be granulation or fat—keep clean, sitz baths, and recheck with surgeon if healing doesn’t progress.

Regular hair removal, ideally weekly, is crucial to avoid ingrown hairs that can trigger infection. Additionally, consider laser hair removal for more permanent hair reduction. Avoid prolonged sitting, as it can put pressure on the area, and maintain a healthy weight

Can gallbladder stone surgery and tubectomy be done at the same time I have been having pain from gallstones and my doctor recommended cholecystectomy I also want to get a tubectomy is it possible to combine both procedures

Gallbladder stone surgery (cholecystectomy) and tubectomy can be done in the same session if both procedures are safe to perform together. This can reduce the number of hospital visits, but you should consult your surgeon for a personalized plan.
