View allI'm experiencing this weird sensation where it feels like air is going through my right ear, but only when I'm at home in Bangalore. It's been happening for around 9 months, and recently I've started feeling dizzy, mostly in the evenings. It doesn't happen if I travel to other places, so I'm curious if this is something I should be worried about. What could be causing this?

I've been smoking a bit of weed for the past four years, not a lot, but consistently. Lately, I've had a cold, and now every morning I wake up with a really dry throat and this burning sensation. I'm not sure if it's just because of the cold or if the weed is causing it too. Is there a risk of developing serious throat issues from using weed frequently?

I've seen a bunch of ENT specialists, and I've heard everything from "it's a tonsil problem" to "there's no issue at all." It's super frustrating not having any answers. Could there be something else going on with my ear that hasn't been checked?
